Official rules

Prizelee operates free to enter cash prize draws ("Competitions"). No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

By entering a Competition, you agree to these Official Rules.

Eligibility

Competitions are open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a valid email address and account on Prizelee
• Are legally permitted to participate in prize draws under the laws of their country of residence

Employees, contractors, or agents of Prizelee and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where online prize draws are prohibited or require additional licensing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are permitted to participate under your local laws.

How to enter

Each Competition includes one free automatic entry per user who logs in during the competition period. No additional action is required to receive your free entry.

Additional entries may be earned through optional actions such as:

• Watching short video advertisements
• Completing surveys through our survey partner
• Inviting other users to participate

Optional entries are never required to enter or win. All entries, regardless of how they were earned, carry equal weight in the draw.

Each person is limited to one account. Entries earned through fraudulent activity, automated tools, or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Team

Users may build a team by sharing a personal link with others who join Prizelee or by sending an email.

• When someone you invite earns extra entries, you receive a matching entry
• This also applies at a second level: when people your invitees invite earn extra entries, both you and your direct invitee receive an entry
• Invite contributions are capped at two levels deep
• Team relationships persist across Competitions. Entries earned reset when a new Competition begins.

Self-referrals, fake invites, and any form of invite manipulation are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Competition schedule

Each Competition runs for a fixed period. The draw date and time are displayed on the homepage and in the app. Draw times are shown in your local timezone.

Prizelee reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel a Competition at any time if circumstances require it. In the event of cancellation, no prizes will be awarded for that Competition.

Prizes

Each Competition includes:

• One grand cash prize
• One or more bonus cash prizes of smaller value

Prize amounts are displayed on the homepage in your local currency equivalent (GBP, EUR, or USD). The actual prize value may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payout.

The grand prize may grow during a Competition if a certain threshold of engagement is reached. The current prize value is always shown on the homepage.

Winner selection

When a Competition ends, winners are selected at random from all eligible entries. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was a free entry or earned through optional actions.

One entry is selected for the grand prize. Separate entries are selected for each bonus prize. A single user may win only one prize per Competition.

Winner notification and claiming

Winners are notified by email and via an in-app notification the next time they log in.

Winners must log in and follow the on-screen instructions to claim their prize. Winners have 30 days from the date of the notification email to claim. We send up to 3 reminder emails (every 7 days) during that window. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days lapse. At Prizelee's discretion, lapsed prize funds may be donated to a registered charity, re-drawn from remaining eligible entries, or rolled into the next competition.

Prize delivery

All prizes are issued via PayPal. Winners must provide a valid PayPal email address through the Prizelee app to receive their prize.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one at no cost. Prizelee does not collect bank account details or card numbers.

Identity verification may be required before payment is issued. This is to prevent fraud and ensure prizes go to the correct person.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to their prize in their country of residence.

Disqualification

Prizelee reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules or the Terms of Service
• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to tamper with the entry process or draw
• Uses multiple accounts or automated tools

Disqualified entries will be removed from the draw. If a disqualified entrant has already won, the prize may be reclaimed.

Limitation of liability

Prizelee is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, PayPal account issues, or other circumstances outside our control that may affect your ability to enter a Competition or receive a prize.

Privacy

Information collected through Competitions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner names may be displayed publicly on the site unless you choose to remain anonymous.

Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these rules or a Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
